MSD and Moroso Wires Compared

I had a chance to get my hands on the Moroso Ultra 40 Race wire (8.65mm and blue-colored) and do a comparison to the MSD Super Conductor (8.5mm and red-colored). One wire was slightly shorter than the other, hence the minor impedance differences, but 10-11 Ohms is nothing in the eyes of a good ignition coil. I will let the pix speak for themselves, otherwise.

The MSD wires are what BHR uses to build both the wire sets for OEM coils and for the BHR Ignition System.

What are we supposed to take away form this ?

If 10 ohms of resistance don't make a significant difference, Moroso wires have more insulation ?

Increasing the size of the coating is a classic way to make a electrical conductor more appealing.

I think this has something to do with "someone" saying the Moroso wires were the best for our cars, but did not provide a reason why they were the best when "someone else" asked.

So BHR is taking another initiative in our best interests...

...those of you in the know, will know what I mean with the quotations...

I just don't like it when vendors make claims not supported by even their own issuance of opinon. Phrases like "The definitive solution......", "The best......", and so forth without even an explanation WHY they believe as they do don't help anyone.

So, I thought I would post pix and let you guys decide for yourselves.

The irony is that, functionally, there is no difference between the wires.
