probably the same one sold through the Motorsports program,

Notes: This 6061-T6 all aluminum competition radiator features a heavy duty 1-125" core, and bolt in replacement into your RX-8. This radiator will keep your RX-8 rotary engine cool. Featuring a multi louvered fin design, this race radiator is equivalent to a 3 row radiator in cooling performance, but without the added bulk. Bolt in installation. No modifications required. This is the BEST radiator your can get for your RX-8.

All this leads me to a question, can anyone explain how to really measure the efficiency of these aftermarket radiators? I know thickness plays a factor, sometimes too thick or thin...but how can we really judge that a radiator is properly made or even more efficient than what we already have?

The radiator is the same or similar.

A rough translation...
It's all aluminum standard radiator replacement. The core specs were changed for improved cooling. From winding roads to the race track it can handle a wide range of running situations.

The oil cooler is just another standard oil cooler... needed because not all models come with two oil coolers.

but comes with certain warranty, or at least they cant blame you for it.

Does anybody even have this installed? if Yes then did it even lower the Water Temp at all ? Is this thing even "enough" for Turbo applications ?

The goal is not to lower operating temperature. It is to provide more cooling capability to avoid over heating. Two different things.

the discount from mazdamotorsports.com has been pretty good from what i've seen. it just doesn't seem to apply to the competition radiator.
