OH just a few general questions

im new to the rx8 club obviously, and just have some questions.
I would like to know the effect lowering springs have on the caster, and will i still be able to corner at decent speeds.

i have and exaust and intake in the mail, and am loking for more hp just like every one else, what do i need. i dont have enough for a turbo just yet so ill have to put that on hold, ive got about 750 and some other things i can part with for extra money but let me know, any imput is appricated

You're not going to make much more HP without forced induction.

Exhaust may get you +5HP ($300~$500)
Intake may get you +/-5HP depending on the brand. ($200~$350)
Pulleys are questionable maybe 2~3HP. ($100~$200)
Access Port Tuned by MazdaManiac maybe +10HP. ($500)
So you're looking at like... $1100~$1500 to make 25? more HP.

You're going to have to spend a fair amount money to make power with this car, and that has to include some kind of forced induction. Even with a setup like mine, you cant expect more than say 230WHP NA, and I've got as much money in my car as a turbo setup would cost.

I don't know that there's a difference in the older 8's.
I have sprint lowering springs on mine. Your struts will get worn out though. I give them a year tops on lowering springs. So I would recommend struts and springs. Tokico D Specs are nice for around $400~$500, and are 7 way adjustable dampening.
