Nice weight savings! Saw that exhaust at the SEMA show. Do you have a dyno print out to post?

How do you like it?

Can you make a sound clip?

Price?

Saving twenty pounds that far back must make a huge difference!

Thanks,

Vince

Coilovers on the 8 sounds awesome! I don't mean to hijack, but maybe you can post another thread about the coilovers.
Let us know your feelings about the titanium exhaust.

Actually, that thread is indeed already pending elsewhere in the forum with recent comments on install by MazdaTrix folks.

Yikes.. I like the weight savings but I don't think $1800 is worth 5hp and -21lbs.

amuse and jic titanium are both beautiful......i feel they are worth their asking prices for the craftsmanship put into them. however, i myself cannot really afford a $1700 exhaust system and will probably wait for hks, blitz or racing beats offerings,

You lose 21lbs from and after market exhaust?

Thats terrible, why spend that kind of money to lose that kind of torque.

Are all systems like this, or just the JIC?

Thanks
Drew

That's 21 lbs of actual weight savings, not torque.

Titanium muffler piping size is same with stock size (60mm) they said they did test with 65mm,70mm, 75mm in Japan. then stock size made best result. 2 weeks before mid night (3am)at Fwy 15 drove my car and made 160mile. real speed maybe 145mile... RX8 has OK HP. before I had 350Z but I like now RX8 better than Z33.
good car. Car idle is very quiet. they said idle is 63 db and when rpm is 5000rpm 80db. high rpm sound is very high good sound. they list price is $1698- for full titanium. full stainless steel they said $898-. and weight is 28lbs. I have JIC coil over kit. my car SCCmagazine done performance test. car made skid pad 1.01G !slarom test 78mile ( new record ) ! braking tst 60mile to 0 mile 102ft! ( I have stop tech 14 inch rotors and 4 pistons) stock data they told me skid pad 0.9G slarom 70mile, braking 114ft. my car has racing beet sway bar. but non adjustable. hokikiss company will make 3 way adjustable sway bar kit soon. I thinking change w\sway bar .
