Alright all you interceptor-x owners i need a little help. I installed the intx today and then you power on the car you look for the green and yellow lights, i only see green. No yellow light is on. Looked for kinks and cant find any. Help.

 

Power ON or Engine ON? I know it rapidly blinks when the motor is running. Does the manual say the yellow light should be on when the ignition is on? I can't remember what happens when the engine is off.

 

yellow was for the older units. the new ones only do green.

as long as there's no red, you're okay.

 

No red light. Just a green light wiht the power on and the engine off. I havent cranked the car yet. I didnt want to crank the car until i was sure nothing was going to blow up.

 

I just wanted to make sure because the instrucations and the video said that the yellow needed to be on too. I have the newest version. version 3. I dont know if that makes a difference.

 

once you start it up, you'll see the yellow communication light. you're fine.

 

I did, and i do and we are all good. Its pouring down rain right now so im not taking it out but it works. When the engine is on i get a green light and a rapidly blinking yellow light. Awsome. Thanks.

 

Sorry for the confusion guys. The video will need to be edited, the yellow light on when engine off was version 1.0 specific. Scott
