I'm just wondering, does the hks hipermax 3 needs the upper cone mount from the stock shocks/springs on the rear? thanks

 

I don't think there is a coilover or shock out there that doesn't require you to swap the tops on the rear. It really is very easy if you have to there is a thread in the DIY that explains how

(@bumblebeerx8) my stance, and megan racing coilovers didn't need the upper cone mount... ... that sucks cuz my dum**ss threw the stock strut away because my front passenger stock struts are leaking oil, so i figured they're shot... ... currently rockin a cheapy megans right now, and planning to get hks hipermax 3 when i get my tax return... ... guess not...
