Just brought a Nitrous Wet kit for the 8, but need some advise on jet sizes...

Playing safe to start with and gonna use a 25 Jet on the Nitrous, but roughly what size should I use on the fuel to get the correct A/F ratio???

2:1, 2.5:1 or 4:1

 

have you looked at the rules for nitrous thread? what kind of kit do u have?

 

Read all of Charle's Hills threads on nitrous. Charles has researched and tweaked this and done all the leg work for the rest of us. Post any questions you have after researching this.

 

Yes, already read the rules and alot of Charle's posts keenly about installation!

But can't find any reference to nitrous/fuel mix ratio or anything other than the recomending a ZEX kit and max jet size (for the Nitrous line) of 50-55.

So the question is rougly what size jet for the fuel line because from what I've read you need smaller jet?

I'm in the UK, so brought an off the shelf kit from the Wizards of NOS with a progressive controller.

 

go to their site, they tell u what size for the 55 shot

 

im not sure about the NOS (shudder) kit, but im running the 65 nitrous jet and the 55 fuel jet in my ZEX kit, and i am still running a little on the rich side.

The cars out of warranty last month so about time to start looking at what to do... I'm not looking for huge power gains and reading your posts I feel it's safest to stick below 55's.
