How do i get the ram air duct on the front bumper? is there a kit you can buy for your OE bumper or is it a aftermarket bumper?? Thanks any links would be super.

i don't think there are an aftermarket bumpers that come with that, there are several places that sell the duct and you can cut into your bumper and have it fitted

That bumper is made by Carbon Creations and it comes with the cut out. I believe it has fitment issues so do a search on them to verify before buying.
