I have been reading the forums on all the exhaust systems and the hp they produce, but has anyone tested different exhausts on the same dyno...If so could you please direct me to the right thread so I can read up and make my exhaust decision a little easier..thank you..

 

I did the research on all the exhaust for the RX8 and some claim big HP gains. Your not going to get more than 5hp unless you get rid of your cat. I got the racing beat exhaust because they did their homework and it paid off in the end. I wasnt looking for big HP gains i was going for the sound. Racing beat claims 3-5 hp. I would go with the racing beat exhaust

 

Racing Beat dyno a few exhausts & put up the results (without naming names). Also a few posters with the HKS,Borla & Greddy units dynoed & found no more than a few hp difference on any of them. More on sound quality & look than anything else.
