Engine swap?!
Hi, I am looking at preparing my rx8 4port/5speed(192ps) for a rally through Europe.
Now I can get my hands on a 6port engine and gearbox.
Should I swap the gearbox or keep the 5speed,looks like it's the same as the one in the rx7's,because the 5speed can handle more horsepower, or is that statement not thrue?
Also, is there much power to gain by switching engine's or should i keep the 4port and get a supercharger for the 6port and change the ecu for use with the 4port.
