I was just wondering if anyone else had problems with EGT sensor MELTDOWN if its placement is in the Greddy turbo manifold.

I'm also wondering if anyone could help me out on replacement parts. I bought an autometer probe so I'm going to try and use that instead but am not sure if it'll make a difference if it's not the same brand. I was just going to attach the old connector to the new probe.

I've attached pics of of the different looking autometer probe compared with the one that came with the Greddy EGT guage, and also the location of the probe on the manifold. Thanks!
