E-Cut off anyone?

Basicly would make the car open header.. Other then being extreamly loud. would you make any power ?

Yep open headers would be extremely loud. Definitely wouldn't be in the legal noise level range with a naturally aspirated engine.
The car would sound like an air raid siren.
The electronic motors are not all that reliable from what I have read.
With a turbo it would still be loud but not as loud since the turbo brings the noise down before the exhaust is released to the exhaust pipe.

I've got that cutout and so far I've had no problems (mind you its not on an 8). IIRC an unmuffled rotary is something like 103db. Its way too loud for anything but track purposes and you're not gonna see much of a gain. My understanding is you'd be better off getting a midpipe instead.
