MS is an excellent low cost stand alone ecu. And that's not a bad price. Bear in mind that all support is basically from end-users. Rotarygod has a thread on his MS project. There were a few issues to work out for the 8, and I haven't seen much new info in that thread recently.

Ahh I see. Well I've seen tons of them for sale, mostly kitted out for 70's model cars with electronic fuel injection. Volvos in particular, because that's what I was researching at the time.
