I am one of them - my legs are so short that I can barely reach the pedals.
So thanks to Blitz I will see how it feels to be at WOT (have never done it before)

Try moving the seat forward.
Unless its just your right leg that is short, in which case they make pedal blocks.

OT - I am continually appalled at the typical seating position I find many drivers in - even at the track.
Slide the seat forward until you can push the clutch all the way to the floor and still have a slight bend in your knee.
Now, adjust the seat back until you can loosely drape your right wrist over the wheel, which you have lowered until it is pointed at your collar bone.

Who doesn't understand this? I'm pretty sure it was determined within the first few posts.

This thread is extremely redundant -

Q: Why is it so expensive?
A: JDM

Q: Does this really do anything to improve performance?
A: No, nothing at all

Q: Why would I want to purchase it?
A: To the driver it does indeed feel like it is doing something however its all in your head - pressing the pedal faster will have the same effect

Q: Why would anyone purchase this product?
A: Why does anyone ever purchase expensive japanese parts that are known to not really do much?

OK, yes, we understand it! This product is for some people and not others, that is it, end of story!

BTW, Nobelwolf, are you serious? lol

most people are shocked to see how/where i sit. i'm 6'1" and i sit with my knees in the dash, this puts my left leg in position as you said, and allows the wheel to be in tight vs "the arm fully extended and laid back nearly horizontal cool mode"

I've always wanted a device that would make my starts from first gear more unpredictable between stalling the engine and spinning the wheels.

This seems like just the product for me!

mazdamaniac can you provide an ap cobbs tunning for my 2005 jdm mazda rx8 type s? i have unfortunately found no aftermarket ecu tunning for it.the problem is becuse it is a jdm.i emailed the guys at bhr and they indicated that you might have a cobbs ap for it.i would like a better throttle responce, eliminate speed limiter, get rid of the cel code since came on when i put on the dual resonated mid pipe from bhr racing.

Just send me half as much and I will telepathically wish for your car to be faster. Same result, less money. Win-win for us both.

So?

This is for the person you just asked a question to. About an hour after MazdaManiac posted how it works, Mike visited this site for the last time.
