I found that to be the case with the 3 different coil ignition setups I've done, stock, old BHR GM style, and SakeBomb IGN1A.
But, every time I also changed plugs and wires, cleaned the ESS and MAF sensor, and reset the NVRAM.
Butt Dyno improved every time.

Team's point is why would you pay international shipping rates for a product that you can get that's already here. Also, Charles at BHR probably knows more about coil design than any of these other companies selling coil kits. I'll have the BHR coils on my 20b as well.

This may sound surprising, but it's not a joke when I say Japanese themselves don't actually care about JDM as much as Americans do. Some JDM cars actually have better development here in North America and even some Japanese are importing parts from America for JDM cars. I think the RX-8 ignition coils are a good example of this. The GM truck coil and IGN-1A coil ideas both originated in America as far as my knowledge goes. Haven't heard of anything that doesn't sound gimmicky from Japan.
Japanese have moved on to playing around with German cars, hilariously. Sorry to say this, but there is a reason why people say JDM is dead...

the only thing worse than going full noob is full tard; I was mannered enough to not point that out, but you’d rather be obstinate and combative than mindful of people having more experience than yourself.
ok then, why would I pay more to import an out of production RX8 from Japan when they can easily enough be bought here in the USA, having previously been imported already in more economical droves? That was essentially your mindless response to my reply that was well mannered before you decided to give us a lesson in RX8-ology. Also please explain to us how you determined the UK version of coil to be superior to what you can buy here in the USA for less?
You look silly and you did that all on your own going out of your way to be combative and obstinate. If you’re being annoying, then who is at fault if people get aggravated with you? People who go out of their way seeking attention can expect to receive it. What purpose do you think that last reply served except to get more attention. if you have something to add, fine. If you make statements not based in fact or otherwise, you can expect to be called out on it.
I don’t always get feisty with every new person, but have been doing this long enough to know when to be gentle and when doing that is going to be a waste of time. You’re response only proves my assessment to be true. Now this on-subject thread is completely derailed over your not well thought out comment(s).

I read the full post and seems the one with the latest updates.
I do not see the question of N3H1-18-100C/B-9U vs BHR any experiences that you could share?
All I read is latest OE revision fixes the old issue and BHR are very good.
I live in México and got a Canadian/Jap 2004 rx8 with 91k kms I have no idea about the history of the car and I am slowly patching it up.
coils/sparks/wires seem top priority and the price tag for BHR is 399 USD for all 4 and I estimate 200 USD more on taxes and shipping.
on the other hand I can get revB-9U from the Mazda dealership @400 USD locally.
What would you do?
