We are at 3.03-3.20 per Gal of Prem. My average fill up is about $45.
dtorre- nailed what I was saying though.... We really have to PAY to play in our 8's... Mine sips gas like whale. When you get RPs shifter you will need that full tank cause you are gonna drive the hell outta it going "Damn.. this rocks!!!"

The goodnews is that we are almost there as far as the numbers go. The bad news is that starting Thursday we are moving the shop. Next week no work will get done, just packaging up stuff and moving it.
The shifters will be the first product run in the new place. How quickly that is I can't say as we don't know how everything will go. But the electricity has already been run at the new place so as soon as the machinery movers get the stuff set we can hook them up. I'll keep you posted.

I know I'm preaching to the converted but you guys will love the SS.
I've had mine for about 7 months and found out last week that you can't go back to stock.
I had an opportunity to test-drive a supercharged RX8 and was really looking forward to it. Although the in gear performance was fun, having to stir porridge with the stock shifter just about spoiled the whole experience. I missed gears twice and just didn't feel as confident going to redline and then punching another gear through. Of course some will say this was just driver error but it is testament to how much you get used to a firmer, more accurate throw.
Catbacks, new rims and feel good stuff like that are great but I still reckon this is one of the best mods you can make to improve the driving experience of the RX8.

I took a nice long cruise up and down Topanga Canyon and it a blast!
This shifter is a little bit more stiff than stock, but it drives the way a sports car should. Every gear is close, and I can finally get it into 6th with ease.
This shifter is highly reccomended. This is what they should have put in the car in first place! Now it's a real "sports car"
