Question AEM/MS intake and bumper rebar

I have a few questions: First; does the MS CAI have the same dimensions as the AEM CAI? Second; with the AEM CAI I am reading that you have to remove the bumper rebar do you have to remove the rebar for the MS CAI as well. Lastly what is the purpose of the bumper rebar, after removal what does it do to the car, would it void the warrenty and is it hard to remove?

The MS and AEM are the same thing. The bumper piece that has to be removed is ONLY for isntallation. After install is done it goes back on.
