2009 Midpipe sans CEL

I just put the RB midpipe on with the 02 sensor and it didn't throw a CEL. Is there something new in the 09s that allow cat removal without a CEL or will it come on eventually?

I've had my mid pipe off and on a few times...after about 4-5 drive cycles the CEL would trip with the mid pipe installed and after I put the cat pipe back it would take a couple drive cycles to go out.

See only a couple drive cycles as he said and it would come.

I'm getting terrible chatter from the hanger. I need to find something to wrap around it and make them fix it when I pick my cat up Monday. Is this only a problem with the RB, I have no idea what to get to wrap it in
