Janna I was wondering what the hell you sent me a text message of. Anyway, if there are any NC meets, gimme a call. I don't check this thread often.

 

I haven't been here much lately, and no one has probably seen my 8 in about a week because I'm having my engine/upper intake replaced thanks to a small nitrous detonation... oops. It's gonna end up costing me about ~$6k. Oh well. I should have her back soon, and ready for any upcoming meets.

 

Yeah sure John, cause when I think of small, I think of $6k.

 

So.... last night I had 20 minutes to get home after school. I watch Grey's Anatomy, so sue me, but it's 20 miles to get home. I took the back way, down US 17 to Ten Mile Fork, guess how long it is. 10M Fork turns into Wyse Fork, all Country winding road. Fastest I was able to take it in my mits was 80, without running a racing line and leaving the lane. 125, all the way, made the 13 miles from US 17 to my house in just under 8 minutes. It was so awesome..... Just thought I'd share.
