Has anyone on this forum dealt with the dealers in N. Broward county yet? There is the new Bachrodt (sp?). Anyone dealt with them yet? They are infamous for Chevrolet, but Japanese? Any comments are appreciated.

 

C'mon. Hasn't any forum members had to deal with the Broward dealers yet? We have forum members from all over the world, Singapore, Japan, and everywhere in this country including my home WPB. Someone has to have bought their 8 in Broward!

I have dealt with Gunther as a prebuy (made me drive to them, over 35 miles each way, 3 times saying they had my car and lied to me each and every time.) and with Accardi as my actual dealer (nice pEople, but warranty work is a bitch sometimes).

 

Thanks, Genom. Sorry for my impatience! Bachrodt is the closest to me, but is a new Mazda dealer. I forget what they used to be before Lou bought them out. Do you or anyone know if they are a decent service dept? BTW, where is Gunther WRT Deerfield Bch?

Also, BTW, I dealt with Accardi for my first Jeep, and tried for my second one. They SCREWED me and I told them to F&*k off. I would never go to them for anything as long as Mr. Eddie could make a dime off of it. Maybe they have some scruples now, but I haven't been back since. I did not even know that he had a mazda dealership now.

 

I have dealt with Gunther Mazda in Ft. lauderdale. To this date I have been very happy w/ their service. No complaints so far.
(Billy D. has a young team, but man, I hate to lose in the SEC) Go Gators.

 

Yea i bought it i believe at the same Accardi dealership as Genom... pretty good service out there. Funny story... the pieces that allow the middle compartment cover to slide on my car broke off n slid... one of the guys secretly swapped my whole piece for the one in the show room... shhh dont tell anyone... oh and if you're buying from there, dont by the Yellow display 8 :D ... i found the pieces too... dont think theyre broken... might run over n give em to the guy while if i get the chance. yea so hope that helped... dunno bout that new dealer though.

 

center piece broke off on my 8 too, but Gunther is replacing it under warranty. They just need to order the right replacement part this time....woops

 

I have been using Gunther in Plantation for service. I must say my service adviser is Gorden, and is the best, I have seen a lot of service advisors in my time, and he is best. I had a problem, and being a new car parts aren't in supply. The parts deptartment over nighted, and Gordon kept me informed. They have a great night box drop off for service. I have also bought from the parts deptartment at lot of Accessories, they have a nice assortments to make my car sharp looking. If you ask me, they are one's for me.

 

Purchased car from Accardi, and recently had warranty work done there as well (pitting on rear bumper). Although the work took a day longer than it should have, the quality of work seems to be A-ok.
