who wants to run their rx8 against mine?... name a track time and place! just to test our performance.... and the car's of course... or if you dont wanna run... find me a track... i wanna run my rx8 ! in the charlotte area... lets rock!

 

I'm in the Cralotte area too, the only 2 tracks in the area I know of are Rockingham Dragway, 1/4 mile. Its about an hour and a half east down hyw 74. and thenre is Mooresville(sp?) 1/8 mile, somewhere north of charlotte. both I think are closed for the winter. If not they should do a open run day/night once a week from what I remember. Google serching could help.

They are still open as long as the weather is good. I'd love to go out and give it a run, but work keeps my busy on the weekends. LEt us know how it goes.

I would. I'm pushing right at 200hp at the wheels. well 196hp and 171tq. I run 14.8s right now but trying to hit mid 14s after I get better tires.

 

maybe nothing compare to yours... just exhaust intake flywheels pulleys and sparkplugs... how bout you?

 

My mods are a flywheel, underdrive pulley kit, aFe Intake Filter (Stock box), Redline MT-90 for Tranny and Redline 75W for Differential. Those are the only performance mods I have done so far. My other mods and stuff are listed in my virtual garage.
