I scored 2 tix to Bucs vs Falcons this weekend, so I thought this w/be a great little road trip for my new 8!

The weather was terrific...we left Tampa about 10 AM today and drove due north on I75 until we got to downtown Atlanta.

Great Trip so far....the cruise control works.....the CD player heralded many groovy sounds for the 6 hour trip.

Now she's parked in the hotel garage, resting while we check out Underground tonight.

Tomorrow we walk to the GA Dome for the game, then it's back on the road to Tampa Sunday night.......gotta work Monday!

The ride is a lot smoother than my '93 RX-7, and a lot quieter as well.

While on the road today, 3 people called me about my '93 RX-7 for sale.

Hope you enjoy downtown Atl. Wish I could get my hands on an FD, but I'm sure there are many people on this forum that would be interested. Besides, I probably don't have the capital to get it from you anyway. Good luck selling it and drive safe on your way home.

My 7 & 8 love the 7 - 9k G range.

I plan on driving back to Tampa with the Bucs at 7 - 3;after beating the Falcons.

The drive back was a real B*#ch!

It was a real Toad Strangler!

It rained all the way to the FL Line.

But the 8 ran smooth.....the tire pressure warning light came on when we started up the car in Atl; I checked the tires, they looked OK; drove about 15 minutes before the light went off. I guess the tires went a little low due to the cold weather. They were fine after that.

This Friday i have another Road Trip.

This time it's off to Ft. Lauderdale........to deliver my RX-7 so it can be shipped to Norway.

BTW: BUCS 30 Falcons 27 GO BUCKS!!!

Yep, they were dead green presidents! All 14,500 of them.

First , he deposited 1k cash in my bank account (I only gave him my name, address & bank) That's all u need to deposit money in someone's account.

Then, I drove my 7 to Ft Lauderdale (my wife drove the 8) and we met at a Burger King then we followed him to the Bank of America. There, he asked to verify the VIN with the Title. We then went to the Bank Teller.I gave her a deposit slip for 13.5k cash and he started giving the teller packets of 50's and 100's until she had counted and verified that all was there. I then signed the title and gave it to him.

Pretty simple.

I still can't believe that I sold my 7.

But I Love my 8!
