Best to:
1. Investigate reputable shops that routinely rebuild rotary engines.
2. Call and talk with them about what you need done.
3. Develop a short list.
4. Then perhaps survey here for any personal experiences regarding your short list contenders.

Just a suggestion...

Nothing wrong with mazmart. It's just very hard to get in touch with them at times. They are extremely busy.
