This morning (5/28) my roommate comes home and casually mentions to me that a modded (not sure in what way) black 8 revved on him, and wanted to play around. He was in his black cobra (1998).

Just wondering if you're on the board, who you are. I'm not calling anyone out to ridicule them by any means. There's no shame in being slower than a cobra, and he's got some bolt on mods anyway. Unless the 8 is heavily modded/tuned (and even A/F isn't truly tunable..yet?), we shouldn't expect to pull faster than that car.

For the record, I'm not posting as a mole, I most definitely own an 8 (WB) and some of you guys on the SE forum know me.. I've been busy and haven't had the opp. to frequent this board as much as I'd like.

Anyhow.. I don't expect the driver to show himself, but I'm givin it a shot. It'd be cool to meet up. My roommate said it sounded real nice, so I'm curious to know what you've got.

It was me, too!!! Nope, but nordic green seems to get confused for black at times. Where in Florida? Not that it matters to me, since I know better than to play around with a Cobra. :D
