Friday:
5-9pm - registration & tech

Saturday:
7:30a Sat - All hands Meeting
8a-5p - HPDE/School/Racing
5:30p - Awards Party

Sunday:
7:30a Sun - All Hands Meeting
8a-5p - HPDE/School/Racing

Our choices for campgrounds (areas with 30a hookup) are turn 1 or turns 10b-11. Thoughts where we'd like to hang? Is the turn one area not the one we can look up at from the grid?

Forgive me if my questions seem stupid, but is there a time during the day, where we are not driving, and will be back at camp while other cars are driving?

If so, which corner would be better for watching other cars, and taking pictures?

Looks like turn 1 is outside the track which would be best for access. Turn 10b-11 is more secluded and a retreat. Both look good but turn 1 would offer the best for takinging a quick break.

In between you will be in class....they run a pretty tight ship if your driving. On breaks you can go anywhere.

turn 1 would keep us close to pit/grid/paddock

turns 10b-11 is a little more private but you walk down and watch all the cars test their brakes as they come off of the longest straightaway on the track.

shall we start another poll, or just do it here. :D

i say turn 1, it si close to the paddock area. and easy to get to. but what do i know, i am a rookie at this. ;)

I'm working the event. The 8 won't quite pull hotel phlash.....:D so, it is a non paying credit weekend for me.....

I'll more than likely work this one too. I don't think I'm getting the 8 back until after this weekend, so I don't know if I'm going to Savannah this weekend.

Revi Ram Air Duct
 

Well for those of you that bought the Revi 8 intake;

You won't get as much from the RAM AIR DUCT but I believe you will be happy with the results of your purchase.
Pedal feels lighter even though it isn't. you can feel the car flow much easier.

6th gear has power now, almost as much as a stock 5th gear.

You can really feel it in 4th.

I'll be tracking on the 23rd so we'll see what the results soon.

Now, a real question to the guys who have done the Nasa events before.

I was reading over their website last night, and I can not find where it mentioned numbers. I have seen it before, but can not find it again. How do we know what our number will be, do we get to choose it, or do they assign it once we register?

You pick three. Your first choice is your number UNLESS you are notified that you need to use one of the others. You choose your three at registration (online).

I'm in, paid my money, the whole nine yards. Less than a month away now. I am almost giddy now, I am sure that I will not sleep for two days before the event. I actually get to miss a crappy wedding for this event, woohoo.

So who else is signing up. I know phlash is working the event, and legokcen might work it too. But who else is going to drive?

Now I need to make an appointment with Charlie, get the car ready for the BIG day. :D

Nope not driving this one, Too damn hot. It will be a blast to watch ya out ther though.

I purchase a new lens for my camera and I'm going to shoot the hell out of you guys. I can't wait to use it. It's one of those big-ons that looks obnoxious! I should be able to see your blood shot eyes in turn 10b and fright in your instructor in 6. :D
