Hey guys/gals,

Theres an event coming up at moroso on Aug 14 & 15, its the NOPI series event. Im putting together a caravn so we can roll in as a group. I also will be looking into seeing if can get our own section for parking. So for now im just gauging to see whos interested. So all those that are in chime in so i can start getting a head count. Put me down as a maybe. I only live like 15 minutes from moroso, so I could probably meet up with you guys on the side of the road or something.

 

I live in ft lauderdale but i am up for a meet. Put me down as a maybe i dont know if ii will be off. Right now i have 2 jobs and i am going to get another one.

OK guys/gals,

Heres the info. Sunday August 15th. As always starting point Tower Shops. Caravan WILL be leaving at 8:30AM. We will be taking the turnpike. The next meeting point will be the Publix parking lot on PGA Blvd across from the turnpike entrance (behind the Mobil). So you north guys can meet there, caravan should get there between 9:15-9:30AM. Then we all head out together to the track. Hope we can get a similar turnout like we did for the last caravan. See you guys there.

Just a week away. Also for you north guys Jims5543 is doing a caravan from the north, some where in Port St Lucie so if anyone is wanting to come you can get him via pm on the rx7 forum or nopistons forum. For those down south, we will be leaving Tower Shops by about 8:30AM. We will be taking the turnpike so if you can make the meet then you can either catch up or meet us along the way. See you out there.

Cool, see you out there. The cost is usually $15 or $20.

 

My girlfriend has granted her permission for me to go. She wants to come along too, since she's never been to a big car show like this. So I guess you can count me in. Since I've got one of the most modified RX8's around I figure I should go out and represent.

I didn't see a drop of rain all day today where im at....and by sunday everything should be cleared out. So don't go wussing out anybody.

 

No wussing out here, but I thought for a minute I would've had to take a trip to the other side of the state. My girlfriend's parents live in Ft. Myers!!!!!


The're ok though. No power, but no damage in their area. Some of my g/f;s friends suffered severe flood damage to their homes, and as far as we know the island of captiva is completely cut off, and has probably suffered catastrophic damage.

 

OK guys....Tomorrow morning the caravan is pulling out of Tower Shops by 8:30AM. We will meet in the parking lot of Taco Bell. I'll either be in a red Integra or a FD if my friend decides to come. My cell is 954-464-6115 if anyone has any problems. See you out there.

 

Well guys mother nature really didn't work with us today. Which sucks cause there were a lot of racers there, it would have been a good day of racing if it were to happen. To those that came out, thanks and sorry everything didn't go as expected. Guess I'll have to setup something soon to make up for this one.....lol. I think we are due for a bbq. I'll let you guys know.
