South Beach....who up for it?!?!?!

 

I'm up for it! But it keeps raining every single time we want to plan something down here! I was thinking of maybe getting together for some chili's or meeting up at a pub near the area.

I think if we get 4-5 members just to go for the first event should be fine. We all need to start somewhere, right? The next thing would be the promotion of it. I am sure there are a lot of RX8 owners who don't even know about this website. I am going to start making some cards and place them on the windshield of the RX8's to see if we can get something going on for future events (been seeing more 8's around lately).

I should be traveling to Brazil and should be back in two weeks, but let me know if you want to meet up sometime after and plan something out.

Well, it seems that you guys are down to meet, so I suggest we do it instead of talking about it. I think we should meet up somewhere then cruise to some restaurant. Maybe meet up on a Friday night or Saturday afternoon/night. I don't really mind driving far either. We should just pick a spot that we can all agree on to meet up then cruise to the real spot. I also think we should exchange phone numbers (through PMs of course) for future events. I wouldn't mind meeting up at the Chili's in Doral or some place farther, what do you guys think?

 

I think the Chili's idea that was attempted last time was a good location. There's ample amount of parking towards the back where we can meet and greet. Plus, 2 for 1 drinks can't be beat.

I was looking at this weekend and seems like it's going to rain again... but only 40%. I think we should really take the weather in account this time around, lol. What do you guys think?

 

I'm down. Hopefully this time we won't have to turn back halfway to Miami due to horrific weather.

I just realized that the name of the thread was South Beach Roll Out. Why don't we cruise to South Beach too. I don't know which would be better, to go to South Beach first then to the Chilis or vice versa.
