I'm in Miami, got the car about 4 months now, drive all day all over the place and I rarely see RX-8's. I've seen probably 6 in 4 months and 4k miles of city driving. The 8 is kinda rare here.
Here's mine.

 

Here is what i have planned..for the second weekend i july im trying 2 get the biggest rx8 meet in miami possible. This could be friday july 18th at night Saturday July 19th or maybe even July 20th which is a sunday. Im trying to come up with a location and then make flyers and print them out. My final goal is for every Rx8 i see on the streets leaving a flyer on there window telling them the date, time and place. I mean im letting most people know about a month in advance. I think saturday will be the best day..now we just have 2 come up with a good place 2 park all the cars and just hang out.

About 2 to 3 months ago. I moved due to an offer I could not refuse...And they pay good too! I live off of 109th and Kendal.

 

I have a question. If we're still trying to have this meet, why don't we meet up at Dolphin Mall and cruise somewhere like South Beach or somewhere fun?

So I've sent about 11 pms to some South Florida members and to some members on other forums that drive 8s. So that some people from Broward can tag along too, I've suggested meeting up at Dolphin Mall and cruising to South Beach. I think we should go with what Dominicano said and meet up on the 19th of July (Saturday). Also If you know anyone else with an 8 please mention this meet to them, we are trying to get a big turn out this time. Thank you.

Update:
I would think a good time to meet up would be 12 noon. It gives people time to get to the spot, and give us more time during the day to hang out. Let me know what you guys think.

 

As long as it goes down before 4pm Im in... I usually work evenings on Saturdays though. Let me know what happens.

No, mines a red 8. But I've seen that yellow one as well. Goes to MDC, or at least the one I've seen.
