Where do you guys take your car? To the dealer? I took mine to Cool Springs Mazda for 30K service and recall and was pretty satisfied. Curious though if anyone takes theirs somewhere else.

Also, any good tire shops in Nashville? I've been here for about a year but I had a boring car for most of that time so tires weren't on my list of important things . In Houston we had Discount Tire. Anything comparable to that here?

 

At 30k miles, you're still under warranty so, I would keep taking it to Mazda of Cool Springs if I were you. Jim Coates(sp?) is the service rep there and is a nice guy. He owned an RX8 for a while and use to have an RX7 I believe. He'll take good care of you. I've had two sets of Kumhos put on by Gateway in Cool Springs. They don't sell them, but they will put anything on you bring as long as it fits. A great place to order tires from is Tirerack.com. They will deliver to your house or the tire installer of your choice. I'm running 245/40 18 Kukho MX and plenty happy. Loads of grip, more miles than stock, and waaay less expensive.
