Frustraded!

Ocean Mazda has had my car for almost three weeks and my 8 is still not ready,had that third to fourth gear grinding and they r still pulling my leg. Does it take that long to repair?

thanks 4 the welcoming and yeah its under warranty but i feel they take there time with cars under warranty it just sucks to drive this loaner and not my 8
