The meet will be held this Thursday October second (10/02/08) in Hialeah at a Starbucks on 49th st. Meet starts at 9:30pm

The address of the Starbucks is 589 West 49th Street Hialeah, FL 33012.

There will be plenty of cars there meeting up, just a group of car enthusiast getting together to hang out and talk about cars, sometimes people have things to sell or are interested in others parts.

There is no racing, peeling out, doughnuts etc... We frown upon that, because the local authority's have been lenient and letting us hang out there.

I am driving a Velocity Red 8 and go every Thursday to the meet. I am trying to get more 8's out there but no one seems to be responding when I put these post up... Got 2 responses before for Saturdays meet but they couldn't make it to Markham park.

I'm going to badger my dealership to get my tranny fixed, I really hope to make it. I'm going to give em a call tomorrow and tell you for sure, hopefully they'll have an answer.

 

i get outta work at 8 so its a possibility but i might be late... and i just posted pics of my black 8 so you know what to expect... any food and refreshments for the long drive down there? lol

Sounds good to me, count me in. I get off at 8 aswell just like jeff and I work over in the Pompano Beach area. I might be a little late aswell but probably not to bad, im gonna at least stop over at my house so I can change, or maybe ill just bring a change of clothes with me. Yo Jeff you gonna be in the pompano are again? Maybe we can go down there together once I get off, as long as your not late this time lol, j/k I know I left kinda early last time. But let me know whats up with that PM here or over on the other message board, this time ill just give you my cell # lol. Yea the starbucks is next too us in the parking lot we sometimes go in there to get a bite and a drink...

 

magikone69 we also have them on Saturdays. I will post a thread on Thursday night about the Saturday meet on time and place. Every week we have it Thursday and Saturday usually at the same times. I hope if I keep posting threads more and more people will come. I hope you can make it on Saturday I will post the Thread and pm all the link to it!

 

If you get there around 10 instead of 9:30 thats cool not a problem we stay out there pretty late anyways!

 

I can't take my 8, but if someone is in WPB and wants to pick me up, I'll go.

If not, I might take my Dad's SUV and head there

lol i plan on going im bringin one of my friends with me, so I might be a little after 930 not for sure, just depends on how fast i can get out of work.

Im doing my best to make it on time, but Ill definitely be there sooner or later. Im trying to get my boss to let me off work early so I can get over there in time since I have to stop by my house and pick up my friend, he's been wanting to go.
