Good Guy/Bad Guy (dealership/service)

Any recommendations on which dealer/service people to use in SoFla. I live in central Palm Beach cty so Dade and Martin cty areas are a little too far. I have used Palm Beach Mazda (where I got my car) and the service people are ignorant of the car and not customer oriented at all.

I'm very sorry to hear you both got your car and tried to get service there. Palm Beach Mazda is the horriblest of the horrible. Get your service done at Delray Mazda. They are a President's club service dept. and have nobody but top notch service reps. David or Mark will take very good care of you and will have work done on your car with no questions asked. I've had brake pads replaced, center display replaced, updated ecu flash...and tomorrow I'm going in to replace a tail light with water in it. Its a huge step up from Palm Beach Mazda, who insisted the RX-8 only came in 5-speed

P.S. I drove through the parking lot behind the Mobil station today on my way home and I didn't see the shinka....only a blue one...this was around 4pm

Sorry man, I left early today. I'll be there tomorrow from 8-7pm though. See you around.

THanks for the tip. I'll bring my 8 to Delray Mazda from now on.

Napleton Mazda in jupiter took GREAT care of me when I blew up my transmission the second time. First time I took it to Palm Beach Mazda......and never again. They suck.

Cityplace Mazda is also pretty good. My fiance bought her mazda3 there and the've taken great care of her.

I'm suprised to hear about Napleton. When I was looking for my 8 they didn't even have any on the lot. My family has bought Dodge's there for over 15 years though, a very community oriented dealer, so I could see good service there. Cityplace Mazda straight up lied to me with thier sales, but I don't know how thier service dept. is. I had heard that Delray had great service, and Snap-On confirmed it. He did a search on his Mazda database and I guess Delray came up one of the highest in the country.
