Our next event is 10/2 & 10/3.



For Saturday,we will now give drivers 3 tokens per work shift, as well as 3 tokens at registration. (Each token is good for one run on the test & tune track. And each work shift is ~30 minutes.)



For Sunday, we are implementing a 4-run, 3-work-group system so drivers spend less time ******** cones.



If you are new to autocross or can only make one of the two days, Saturday is the seat time day with two separate tracks.

One is the test and tune, and the other is our novice school. Both run at the same time and everyone gets a lot of driving time if they want it. (Weather permitting)

At noon on Saturday, we have lunch, (provided with registration) and then everyone runs on the test & tune course.

Bump. Just a few more days. Anyone going?

We only have one "regular" RX-8 lately. (two drivers, one car)

 

Man I wish I could go, but I'm deployed right now. Are there events like this regularly? I've been to one but it wasn't like this.

 

man i wish there was something like this in Miami.....

 

We have a 2-day event every month. (we take two months off in the summer though)

The long, fast courses are on Sundays.(different course every month)

The seat-time day is Saturday. We run two shorter courses that stay the same every month on Saturdays. (Test & tune, Novice school)

 

People make the drive from Miami and other parts of the east coast.

 

I might do just that .....

 

Cool. I'm at the novice school (far side of the track) on Saturday mornings, but I'm otherwise easy to find.

We had one first-timer RX-8 (and the "regular" with two drivers). The new driver sounded like he was having fun.
