either that, or TA will be warming the tires at a very high rate of speed. which could be the case.
Hey STF....What are the chances of getting another date set up for mid year for this event. Out of town events have me down to driving two NASA events this year (not counting the "working" track time I may take atvantage of). As it stands now, I may work "The Rock" again but will be out for the March RA event (grrr) , work Sams Gap, run RA in August, and Roebling in Sept. Roebling is only one time this year....grrrr....and I'd like another road track event to play on......

I had another traction control moment last night, it is kinda annoying when it steps in now. So it may become necessary to drive with out the safety net.

I'll be one to say that this track is a great one to 'experiment' and live in the danger zone...nothing really to hit if it catches you off guard or something

I remember my best time was with the DSC off and the swurvy car thingy on

for real! I mean come on let me get over 110 on the straights....the cones made it more like an obstacle course than a track :P:
they have to do that for insurance reasons. aautocross is supposed to be about driving, manuevering through obstacles and that sort of thing. not high speed. both are fun to me, that is why i try to do both. maybe not at the same time, but i try.

No, No, No........ on the second day I'm always more secure and confident during the track days. The second day of NASA events are usually faster and smoother than the first.
STF, I ask about the second day because I've got a WRX buddy that would like to track his car that Friday and just hang out on Saturday. His wife is going to get it for him as a Birthday present if Friday is available. Let me know please so I can let her know.

yeah more of that safety stuff, lol.
