Anybody have much experience with their service department? I got sick of their sales department and bought my 8 down in Orangeburg (saved $3k!). Anyway, I need to get two recalls done along with trying to get the latest reflash.
Was wondering how reliable these guys are. All comments welcome.

I bought my 8 there. Their sales guys do generally have an attitude problem & like to play games, but I thought that was the norm. I think I got lucky & wound-up with a good salesguy - Gregg. So, anyway...
Their parts department & body shop have treated me most excellently. So far, 1 body shop & 2 service shop (routine scheduled maintenance) visits. No problems at all & $0.00 cost.
The last service visit, I told the guy I wanted a re-flash & got it, no questions asked or anything.
So, my limited knowledge/experience says "go for it".
Ceramicseal, thanks for the heads-up on Chalmers Andrews. Now I know who to ask for in parts.
