I dont claim to know very much, but I have always been in love with these cars since i got my first one... a 1985 Rx-7 GLSE. and i have always been passionate about learning all I can about them. I think ramos has shipped out a while back... But i would be up for something... in fact, I believe this coming saturday there is a "drive-in" in oak grove I was thinking about going too. I'm sure it will be mostly muscle and rice, but, hey.. at leat it will be car enthusiest !

Import Alliance down in Nashville. Saw this thread and was wondering if any of the 8 owners were going. I see quite a few RX-8s around Clarksville and mean muggin me when I'm in my 3rd gen lol.

ImportAlliance is the largest import car meet in the country. Last year we had 1900 cars in attendance over the weekend and expect attendance to grow even larger this year.
Admission:
$10.00 for all weekend
$7.00 for one day
Caravans will be coming from all over the country again. I will be posting links to them on our website.
Once again we will have Local, Regional, and National meets held at our event.

There are a few 7 owners coming from AL and probably a few more from around Tn. I know of the two more 3rd gen owners here at Campbell 1 is going to be out of town and I don't know if the other is going....I think he went to Zoom Fest last weekend. I don't really know any of the 8 owners around here. I always thought they just didn't know what they had lol.

I'm here in the Clarksville area also. I'd like to find a shop that really knows their stuff with RX8s. I've been thinking about some FI upgrades in the future when my extended warrenty expires and I'm not comfortable just taking it to anyone. Rotorys are such fickle beasts.
