HI guys. There is going to be a little car show in New Hope, at the local Hardee;s. Lots of beautiful old muscle to see, and a good time for all to hang out and meet other 8 owners.

WOULD love to get a caravan together and "crash" the fun, j/k we are just as welcome I made sure. Would seriously love to roll up with about 6-8 of us, and blow these old muscle farts minds...stopped in last month to check it out,,,,all eyes were on my 8, and i wasnt even there to show it....

Time-6-9 pm but get there about 4-5 to look at everything else.

guys thanks for all the replies. It is saturday....6-9 pm the 7th.....and its not a major import show, just some old muscle mixed in with a few new if we can get there....in all stages of restoration.... If you can make it cool...if not. ill miss ya.....but this is the last one this year there.getting cold.

Herblemy, the easiest way to come is straight up 65. take 565 east to the govornors drive(hwy 431) exit, and follow it past the hospital, over the mountain, past Hampton Cove, and Cross roads to New Hope. Hardees will be on your left....There are no major sponsors, jsut a get together. ok.....but fun to be had jsut meeting new folks....come on up if you want.

Optic get your butt done and get out there. I wanna actually see another 8 like mine!LOL
Praxis enjoy your ball game and be careful. Dont want you or your gem getting nailed..but come on if you can. I'll be here till about 4 :30. im ten minutes from New Hope.

Hey guys, dropped by the car show just to have a look see. There were two old GTO's and an elcamino, and a 1930's chrysler. That was sweet. Stayed 5 minutes and left. Looks like the three day had most others doing their own thing. Hope you all had fun in your own adventures.

Yeah, I was unable to make it. There was a dessert reception after the wedding followed by an unofficial after party. Let me tell you, after all the weddings I have been to/in I would say these people got out the cheapest with a dessert reception. The only problem was that most of the people who attended where older and did not each much of the sweets so there was alot still on the tables when all was said and done.

Well, ya had fun anyway. I took the day and went riding, got some awesome pics, ( of my car of course, and the countryside). The leaves are pretty in the mountains.

 

so i take it i didn't miss a whole lot... but i do think it'd have been a better use of my time than watch my alma matter suck wind against arkansas... oh well... we need to get some 8's together up here in north al...

 

hey, well I heard about your game but i didnt want to say anything. (ROLL TIDE)..hehehe sorry Praxis...THere wasnt much there. I guess it was the weekend.

We definitely need to get some guys together and go for a drive, and take some photos and just have a good time. Whenever you guys are game just let me know, whether its one or two or a dozen, the more the merrier...ITs PERFECT crusin weather....
