I just signed up for this event. It is at Continental Tire on 1800 Continental Blvd. The website to register is www.ccrscaa.com So far there are only 3 other cars in my class. So come out and have some fun!

 

How was the event?

 

It was alot of fun, My first run I got a 52.xxx which wasn't very good, the last few runs i was getting 48's and 47's, finally ending my 6th run with a 47.222. I would like to have better tires that have alot more grip, I was getting alot of understear throughout the corner, and when i got grip and got on the gas I would have some overstear comming out. There is another one this Thursday night at 5:00 at the Knights Stadium. I will be competiting in that one as well.

 

Good job! Autocross is where I started out too. It's a lot of fun and pretty cheap too.

If you are getting understeer then you are entering the corners too fast. Remember go slower to go faster.
