Autocross on the PBIR Road Course 6-25-2011!
Here's an awesome opportunity to drive your RX-8 on a real race track at Palm Beach International Raceway! SCCA Florida Region is hosting their next auto-x event on the actual road course at PBIR. Because of that, the course will be designed to allow speeds higher than the typical autocross. Lots of runs and the chance to learn the limits of your car in safe environment for only $40! The track is only an hour from Fort Lauderdale and a couple of hours from Orlando.

This is a map of the track showing approximately how the course will run. It uses a good bit of the track, so it will be very long and quick for an auto-x course. If you've ever been to the go-kart track at PBIR, you can see on this map that it's tiny in comparison.
