you need your own Cobb to do that.
The Cobb mates itself to your PCM so it can't be used on multiple cars at once.

arrrrrrrgh that sucks!!!! i really don't want to spend 500$ just to turn a light off...
from what read the cobb is the only way of turning off that light.... but, just in case... is there any other way?

there is an "uninstall" function in the Cobb whereby it uninstalls itself from the PCM and restores it to the state it was in prior to the Cobb being installed.
Then it can be sold and used on another car.

it's not the light that annoy me nut the fact that I may go around with a real problem without knowing it...
anyway i'm planning on unplugging the o2 sensor and see how much time it lasts before the CEL comes on... if it's at least a week I'm planning on getting one of these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/V1-4-ELM327-OBDI...68951175407799
and resetting it every times it comes on
PS: it's really a shame that the cobb is the only thing that can turn that freakin' sensor off.....

^ You still need software! That is simply a hardware interface for your OBDII. The software is what costs the money. Here a link to a software/hardware bundle.

ELM327 is the latest PC-based scan tool. It supports OBD-II protocols and is dispatched with a number of compatible programs. ELM327 OBD-II Software is a free program that allows you to use your PC and a hardware interface to get the information from your car's computer.

I'm italian so I may misunderstand but it seems quite clear to me
since we are talking about it, I already saw the tool that you sugested but reading the description of the other one on ebay I'm wondering what's the difference between the two (exept the 100$) can anyone explaine it to me?
