Any Saturday but 4/1 is good for me. Just a thought, Rex Lake at Barbers to Grants Mill (lake Purdy) to 119 to lunch along 280 is a nice 25-30 minute run. May be meet up at Sam's Irondale. Just a suggestion. I'm game for whatever. I'll be on "The Other Web." Call me Mr. Wilson.

Sounds good to me. Maybe lunch afterwards at Long Horn Steakhouse on 280? I think they have a little of everything, including adult beverages I can do Saturday April 8th or 29th.

No, couldn't have been me. I haven't even had the chance to take the car out of town yet. Plus, the current tag I have on the car is FIREDUP.... Taken off of my 01 Firebird I traded in. I've got another post in the forums asking for ideas for a new one....and plenty have been listed in replies. So far I haven't had a day off in 2 weeks and I know this coming weekend I will be stuck here at work too! Ah, it's not fun to have a new car and can't even get a chance to cruise in it good yet. Probrably the 2nd weekend in April would be good for me, there is about a 90% chance I'll actually have the time off.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome!

Sounds like a plan to me ONO. The 8th works for me......I've got plans for the 15th. The 22nd is still open though.

I am open the first two weeks in April. The second two weekends I will be at Barber's for the AMA race and the last week I will not be able to get out much due to the Nascar race that weekend. I live three miles from the Superspeedway and it is a NIGHTMARE during race week.

Guys it sounds like April 8th works best for most people. Does that work? What time to meet at Sam's in Irondale? I know people are coming from all over, so I dont want to be too early! Looking forward to it!

Hey folks. I know my way around BHam enough to not get lost so if anyone could give me some directions for the meetup that would be great. I-65 is close to me as well as US 231 so if you could clue me in on the best route I'll be there for sure.

Mr. Wilson- that little handy dandy embedded map was pretty slick

The address of the Sam's Club is 3900 Grant's Mill Road, Irondale, AL 35210

10:30 works for me. I'm in!

L-CO,
You might want to click on the link that SilverEight posted and let him know that you are wanting to go so that he can add you name to the list he has going on that thread. There are quit at few names on the list as of now. Last time I looked I think there was 18 so far that are going.

Totally Forgot!

I had forgotten that the Deal's Gap Rally is this weekend. Oh well. I guess we can have our Poor But Happy People's Rally here in the 'Ham Saturday.
