We haven't moved yet, but are trying to buy a house here. Made an offer on one, and waiting on a reply. Hope it goes through, because they can be out fast and we can move fast.
So far I have seen no RX8s and very few Mazdas here, and only one MR2. So we'll be kind of unique with each!

I installed my UR pulleys and MS CAI over the weekend @ my dad's shop. Everything went smooth for the most part. Install took about 6 hours total. I was taking my time just to make sure I didn't make any foolish errors.
So far I'm very pleased with the results!

Next date: CAMS Tech Day on the 24th! I'll try to be there between 9 & 12. We missed you Ron, I looked for you. Good luck with the move. We needed your"s to add some balance to the color wheel. Somebody brought too many VRs.

I am going to try to make it to tech day but I don't know what the wife has planned for the weekend.
When I get my computer at home back I will post some more pics from last Thursday night.

I'm in Birmingham... I used to have a 1993 RX-7 that I auto-x'd with (33 ASP). I sold that car after a sports injury kept me from working on it any more and now I have an RX-8.
I haven't been as active as I should in this community, but I'm trying to get more involved.
Nice to see a rotary crowd in Birmingham.

I bought your CF Faspac hood from you with Stephen White?
Well, good to see that your back in the rotary.
Anybody in the Bham area interested in meeting up for dinner next Saturday, July 8th?
It appears my family is leaving me for the weekend, and it would be cool to have a gathering of some rotarys.

I might be down for Saturday...I'm fairly certain I don't have anything planned but I could be wrong. Where are you planning on meeting?
Also, next Thursday, July 13, Phil and I were thinking of having some dinner at Jim and Nick's in Trussville with some other owners, so everyone needs to mark that date on your calendars too!

Around 6:30 tentatively...
I'm not going to be able to make the barber event unfortunately. I'll be in north alabama watching my girl dance on friday night. Saturday morning I'm gonna drive from north alabama to Deal's Gap. CAMS will be up there over the weekend...
