Any Alpharetta RX8'ters here?

What's up Trey... Yeah, Windward traffic is becoming much like Ashford-Dunwoody in your area. I remember when this area was pure country only 7-8 years ago and it was nice and quiet...

That's cause I wasn't driving on 400 that day... Actually there is a titanium grey one around here, not sure who it is. Mine's a velocity red, so I get watched closely by all law enforcement personel. haha

Yeah, you do need to be careful. You've got a highway patrol headquarters a little past exit 17 near one of those stop lights... they love to send one of their guys out to camp on the shoulder of the road in pitch black with his radar gun pointed right at ya

A north georgia cruise is definitely in order. I've been reading about how all the 8ters here have been getting together, which i would love to do since ive never done that. The last "fun" i had was a month ago when this G35 challenged me going down 400.

Well we need to get the people north of the perimeter (could even let those Atlanta guys in!) to post in here so we can set something up. Usually when something is going on in Atlanta I'm travelling for work, but business has been slow lately so who knows.

Good idea... As for letting Atlantans in, I guess I could forgive their cruel insensitive "OTP" jokes over the past years for a while in the name of rx8 comraderie
I'm sorta new to all this, so I'll let you definitely take the lead on this one 8er.

They're just jealous that they don't have to drive 80 miles to work everyday! Luckily I only have to drive 18 miles to work, and I cross 400 almost at the end, so traffic for me is someone driving their tractor to the next field.

Welcome
I'm about 2 hours away but hey welcome to the club and hope to see you and your 8 at one of the club meets. We take our cars to the Varsity sometimes and it's quite a show with 10 8s and a bunch of 7s parked in a group. Just keep an eye on the forums for all the events coming up.

We definately need to put a post up about the Varsity earlier. Usually one doesn't show up until the day it happens. Of course, I could do it too but I'm lazy. I heard the last one was somewhat of a bust since the fuel run happened that day.

Hey guys I live and work in alpharetta and drive to dahlonega 3 days a week for school. I drive the Titanium 8. I live right downt the street from downtown crabapple and the new milton high. I been looking for some sort of 8 get together or north georgia run that would be a blast. Ibeen seeing alot more 8s in alpharetta since i got mine. Almost one everyday.
