I hope you will see this one. I cancel my order #2230 for a Hi-flow cat on 06/22 today is 06/30 and I have not seen any credit on my credit card. I still see that it was billed $445 on 06/02 and I did not get any cat, i just got track numbers that did not work. Since the last response I recieved from you was two weeks ago I hope the forum will help. I only want my money back!

 

How did you cancel the order? Call in?
I dont see it canceled in my system but I will go ahead and do it and credit your card.

I did it two ways, by e-mail and using your web page. Anyway I am still waiting for the credit

 

I have cancelled that and refunded your card.
