Welcome to the forums.

First, avoid starting a thread titled "help". "New owner with power issues" or something is better.

Second, have you had a chance to read the new and potential owners thread?

Third, you need to provide more info. What year is the car? Manual or auto? How many miles? When was last tuneup? Any mods?

Last, read all of the "sticky" threads, as they will provide you with many answers.

Read the thread "congratulations you got an 8 " sticky. It lists the first few items you should check and buy when first purchasing an 8.
