WTT/FS: 2004 Honda S2000
Hey guys,
Trying to sell or trade my 2004 S2000 with 42000 KM's on it. Car runs great, no probs what soever, kept it away from all the cars at the mall so no parking lot disease (dings scratches).
Hoping to trade for an 05+ RX8 in white, manual, depending on km's (+ cash).
Selling becuase I am needing some more money to put towards a condo so I figured the fancy car can wait a while.
My asking price for the car is $28,000 CAD. OBO.
Thanks for taking a look fellas!
Located in Calgary, Alberta.

Good luck with the sale, I'm looking at trading my rx8 too, but for something a little cheaper than an s2k.
Good luck and enjoy the weather while it lasts, no snow!

Haha, how come you believe I am making a big mistake? I do realize that the 8 isnt on the same level as the S performance wise (although it is close) but I really need a car thats a little more practicle. I want the 4 seats again and I want to be able to hear my stereo =)

Yeah our market is a little bit different, since the MSRP on our S2000 is 50k, and our money is now worth more then your guys so its probably not worth it for a US citizen.

Haha....I just traded my 8 for a 2004 S2000. I love the S and am very happy with it. If you want practical the S is definatly not that. The 8 is the most practical sports car on the market. The big thing that bothered me was that my $33,000 RX-8 was worth only around $15,000 after only 3 years. I won't have that problem with the Honda. Also reliabilty is much better as well as performance. A four cylinder that can put a whooping on cars with double the motor is fun to have!

Beautiful car man.
I'm in Calgary and I've got a 2006 GT in white, Im soo tempted by this but I just can't do it..
need the extra room...
Just an FYI. There is a white 2005 GT at Kramer Mazda. They are pretty desperate to sell it. 2 months ago it was $27k and they were willing to accept $23k on the road from me. Its now down to $25k so you should be able to score a sweet deal.
Selling the S2000 shouldn't be a problem and if you are having trouble moving it, send me a PM and I can hook you up with a few contacts who would be interested!
goodluck!

I agree with CosmosMPower
I hate to say it, but I agree with CosmosMPower. I, too, have had both the RX8 and the S2K is such a great car. We've also got a Lotus Elise and my boyfriend and I would both sell the Elise to go back to the Honda in a minute.
The S2K has all the great creature comforts that the Lotus doesn't have. It drives like a dream and it's a Honda, it will run forever. My RX8 is an automatic, so maybe that's my problem to begin with, and it is a little bigger, but I think that you'll end up missing the S2K. If it had the glass on the rear window instead of the plastic, I'd think about a trade...
Good luck on finding the car that you're looking for!
