I'll tell you what............I've been watching this thread and looking at your car over the last few weeks. It's looks very nice and wish you luck. I got the money but my issue is I have nowhere to park it except being outside 1/2 block from the beach. My baby is in the garage! If I had a two car garage, you'd have sold it to me already.

Try to hang in there..........hopefully someone will come along soon.

 

I just wrecked my 05 last month and may be looking into getting back into an 8. Is the factory warranty still good. Meaning has the dealer black listed your VIN#? Do you still have the stock CAT?

 

I bought the car certified pre owned so unfortunetly the 100K motor warranty is probably the only warranty that you would get. I doubt the 60K Bumper to Bumper that I have would transfer.....and yes I have the stock cat and wheels and the VIN is good to go because my dealer that I get serviced at is Cool as Shiznit! Actually, I don't know why it wouldn't, so that is something that could be checked into and documented in writing by Mazda.

 

Typically factory warranties are only transferable once, since he is the second owner it won't transfer to the third

A warranty would have to be purchased based on VIN number. The 100K motor warranty would be good but thats all. It's too bad that would stop a sale on such a low mileage vehicle though

Understood...check to see how much an aftermarket warranty costs...I see u looking at the other winning blue as well...think about how much more car this is and how little more it would cost to be in it even after buying a warranty

 

Can't do because it will cut into my budget. Plus those other warranties are a rip off some times. At least the Mazda Warranty is through Mazda. Thanks though.

Moved the car to my in laws and letting him try to sell it for me as my POD comes tomorrow for the move to NY. If by chance someone in here is still interested I can still get the deal done (gave him the title). I will be online through Sunday or so before we head out and then no idea how long it takes to get service and back online....no laptop for me.

Also, I meant to ask. Do you have any other pics of the car and it's interior? How does it run and have you had ANY problems with it in the past? I currently own a 2005 RX8 myself and I am pretty familiar with the vehicle and it's needs. Another thing, I saw you said something about parting it; what exactly are you selling the car with or are you selling it as it looks in the selling Pic? Rims, tires, kit, etc. Very interested, just trying to get the specifics if I am going to ****** up a USED RX8, without physically looking at it, from a buyer I've never met. Know what I mean? Hit me back and hopefully, I can help you to solve your issue.
