Probably will have significant price increase with the extra effort and cost, as I wanted a quick sale.
Brakes are stock, gauges are by Aem and Areoforce (obd2 interceptor)
No cat on a supercharged car, as when they fail the cat will kill the motor.
Suspension is stock with different sway bars, front is PETTIT, I am not sure on the rear sway, I believe it is racingbeat.
Tires are staggered setup: 18 inch all, 245/45 18 front and 255/35 18 rear stock rims.
I am not aware of a kit for the second gen rx8, this is an 07. The sc kit was purchased in 08, with the 1.7 liter blower; the blower was since upgraded to a 2.1Kenne Bell compressor and is capable of 16psi.
Update- The Pettit SC kit is the 2008 kit, the CS2 was the larger pulley with 12 PSI, while the CS1 was the 8 PSI kit; this was the 12 PSI kit before the newer, larger 2.1 liter blower was added.
And the shifter is the axial flow short shifter. Clutch is a 6 puck ceramic sprung disk with stock pressure plate.

He wasn't talking about the 2nd Gen rx8. Pettit had more than one attempt. Hence the first or 2nd Gen supercharger question.
You don't need to remove it to get compression numbers....
Where is the car located? Someone in your area may have a tester and likely is cheaper than Mazda...

The car is in my possession in Melbourne, FL. PM me if you want a test drive.
I ran a compression test last week and it's on the low end of passing (mid 70's with max ~4% difference between rotors @ 220 rpm). This motor was rebuilt by Cam Worth of Pettit Racing in 2014 and has maybe 20K miles on it. He may have put lower compression rotors in this build (which would explain the lower than optimal compression) since that was his preference for boosted applications last we spoke. I'm going to give him a call this week to find out for certain, and to potentially see if he can help find a buyer.
I'd bloody keep the car for myself as a dedicated track car if I had the time to actually go to a track, but between my awesome wife and 3 kids, my job (life is good), and my Pettit-supercharged daily driver RX-8 I'm having all of the fun I can handle at the moment.
The car runs well, pulls hard, and idles well. With the exception of the starter issue mentioned above (which I may get around to troubleshooting/fixing myself at some point) and a few cosmetic dings it's a great car.
I will post more pictures of it later.

The compression numbers were already listed (75,74,75/74,70,74), so compression passes, but barely, and has low compression rotors for boost anyway.
The car can be driven (and drives very well) in Central Florida if you want to see more. (contact Bastage on this forum)

Pettit had only one "kit"; there were two pulley, SC specific tunes and "superCAT" options for the kit.

There was only ever one kit, they did paint it to your preference on delivery, however, but there was only. one. kit.
(Not counting their Stage III upgrades which included higher-flow injectors and a pully that would bring you from 9 to 14 PSI).

OK, it's been a while; price drop. Now the entire car and sc kit with installed Cobb Access Port V2 (and tuning files) for less than the price of the original Pettit supercharger kit : $7500.00 firm.
First one with $7500.00 takes the car.

It's still available, I've just been busy with work and then took a vacation. I had run another compression test with a fully charged battery and the numbers look good. I'll post them tonight if I remember. This car will go up on Auto Trader/craigslist soon.
