not an 8 but 96 eclipse rs
i'm selling my red 1996 mitsubishi eclipse because i just bought a 05 rx8. the car has just over 110000 miles on the body and only 40k on the engine. the new engine was professionally rebuilt and installed, i have the reciepts showing that and there is about a month left on the warranty of the engine. at the same time the new engine was put in i had the clutch and starter replaced. the car runs perfect and i get about 33-34mpg on the highway. It also has an AEM cold air intake, B&M short throw shifter, MSD ignition coil and new plugs and wires with about 10k on them. Also just 3 weeks ago i put new falken tires on the car. the car runs great, transmission shifts smooth as i did not abuse this car. There is a panasonic 7301u headunit in there, infinity reference components up front and reference 6x9s in the rear along with an xtant 404m amp running a alpine 10"dvc type r sub. this is a great car if your looking for something reliable and good on gas. It has some problems but nothing too big. The driver side control arm needs to be replaced, i have a replacement for it that will come with the car. the driver side window regulator needs to be replaced and i also have that to go with the car. moonroof motor doesn't work, ac needs to be recharged and there is a slight knocking coming from the rear. The body on the car is in ok shape. Has rust holes in the rear quarter panels and a little on the hatch. Other than that the car has normal wear for an 11yr old car. I want to sell the car ASAP and am looking to get $2000 but make a reasonable offer, the price is negotiable. If you have any questions pm me or email me at greggdrews@gmail.com.
