- Mazdaspeed carbon front shock tower bar, aluminum rear tower bar
- Bilstein PSS-9 coilover system
- Enkei RPF-1 wheels (18x8 +35 offset, silver finish)
- Bridgestone RE760 Sport tires … new @ 38k miles
- Set of 4 black painted winter wheels/tires 18x8 mounted with:

- my Ram-Air tube mod (post #12 here: http://tinyurl.com/3wqjsr4)
- baffles/walls & nozzle removed from stock air box with K&N Drop-In,
- Radiator Fans on Low mod
- Cobb AP with MM stage3 tune for all current mods
- Avg mileage pic is because of above tune and proper use of Lug&Coast
- Slotted Discs
- Original Earth Electrical Grounding Kit
- Sohn OMP adapter and reservoir filled with Amsoil Saber Pro low-ash two-stroke for the combustion chamber. I've also been religiously pre-mixing with Lucas UCL 5.5oz per full tank.
- 5w-30 synthetic engine oil [since it is no longer being burned in engine]
- Dice iPod integration
- Titanium tweeters in the A-pillars for improved clarity
- Two years remaining before the 8/80k engine replacement factory warranty!

Why in the world would I want to sell this baby? Well, I'd rather not but the family is outgrowing it and I can't justify a third car. That being said, I'm not in a big rush, preferring to have the right buyer who will appreciate all this beauty has to offer at the suggested price.

On your accessport when it says 2.2/28.4mpg, doesn't that suggest you've only drove 2.2 miles out of 28.4 miles and then it starts to drop as you progress driving? Because I've never seen an 8 get 28mpg.

With the tune and the right conditions I can get up to 28 mpg hwy utilizing excellent control of Lug&Coast approach and keeping it at the speed limit. Most of the time with combined mileage and not paying attention to perfect Lug&Coast, I average 20mpg.

If you're getting 28mpg then you're in 6th all day long.

Thats great MPG but man, where in the hell can you do that in MD/DC area.. you can't hold a constant speed anywhere around here. And those 4.77 gears sure don't help...

GLWS though man...

Thanks! Yeah that 28mpg was on a 40 mile drive from Sykesville to S. of Baltimore...lots of downhill for coasting...only way it can be done. With a tube which prevents that stupid fuel-dump for cooling, efficiency increases nicely. My round-trips from home to Fort Meade are 30 miles of half city and half hwy and with good lug&coast practices I get 22. If I'm getting into the go-pedal I'll get 19.

If you haven't sold yet, would you be willing to sell the bodykit? I need front bumper, rear, and spoiler.

The one that stands out is the price...no one will pay above book for an 8 regardless of mods. Mods can only be used to bring a cars value above book on highly sought after automobiles...and sad to say but the RX-8 is not one of them...imho
